the staff were very helpful. they provided me with a map and transport information. i also received a room upgrade. the room was comfortable and very clean.
my balcony doors did not shut properly. i could hear street noise at night. there were no coffee and tea facilities in the room. the noise made it difficult to sleep.

The front desk staff was really good. They assisted with directions and local tips! mamen and prichd at breakfast were excellent. Their service was attentive and friendly. the location was superb, very close to major attractions. I especially liked the architecture. the room provided tea and coffee making facilities. This was a good touch!
The room was on the smaller side. Suitcase storage was a bit tricky, however, it only presented a minor inconvenience.

The location was acceptable. It was close to many shops and restaurants.
the room felt quite small. there was not much space to open my suitcase. the step up into the shower was dangerous (i nearly slipped!).

The front desk provided great service and helpful recommendations. The breakfast staff were very attentive! the breakfast was also excellent. the hotel location proved perfect for activities in and close to the gothic quarter. i appreciated the short walk to many restaurants.
i found a wet towel under the sink! also, i saw dried conditioner drips on a bottle in the shower. though, i did not report this matter.

The staff provided assistance with printing tickets from my phone. they also attended to any issues promptly. Breakfast service was hosted by medita and ritald and felt worth including in the stay.

my room had a large balcony and very clean interiors. the air conditioning worked effectively. the room was quiet, even though it was only a foot away from all the action!

the hotel offered a pastry and coffee bar every day. a recent refurbishment improved the lobby and breakfast area, which looked nice. special touches included a welcome cava, biscotti, good coffee, and water refills.
